Decided October 20th, 1930.

On appeal from a decree of the court of chancery.

Messrs. Pierson, Schroeder Brand, Mr. Thomas L. Hanson and Mr. William Boorstein, for the appellant.

Mr. Thomas McNulty, for the respondent.


The decree appealed from will be affirmed, for the reason that the vice-chancellor in the court below reached a right result in the oral opinion which he delivered at the conclusion of the case, dismissing the petition filed in the above stated case.

For affirmance — THE CHIEF-JUSTICE, TRENCHARD, CAMPBELL, LLOYD, CASE, BODINE, DALY, VAN BUSKIRK, McGLENNON, KAYS, HETFIELD, DEAR, WELLS, JJ. 13.

For reversal — None.
