ORDER

This case is before the Court on petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed September 6, 2022. In their motion, petitioners do not indicate in paragraph 5, whether all expected witnesses have access to a computer with a camera capable of audio-video communication. The Court will deny petitioners' motion to proceed remotely without prejudice. Petitioners may refile their motion providing all of the information requested on the form.

In view of the foregoing and because sufficient grounds have not been established at this time, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Proceed Remotely is denied without prejudice.
