This case is calendared on the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. On January 14, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. However, the document filed as petition in this case does not include a copy of a notice of deficiency. Nor is there a copy of a notice of deficiency elsewhere in the record. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, by February 7, 2022, a status report attaching a copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioners for the tax year at issue. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision pending receipt of the status report.
