ORDER
It is ORDERED that the motion of the New Jersey Association for Justice for leave to file a motion for reconsideration as within time (M-838) is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion of the New Jersey Association for Justice for reconsideration of the Court's orders denying the motion for an extension of time within which to file an amicus curiae brief and for leave to appear as amicus curiae (M-837) is denied.
