DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Steven Bellucci from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 19, 2021. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal by the February 28, 2022, deadline.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
