PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Jason K. Fuller, appeals the trial court's summary denial of his amended rule 3.850 motion. The State rightfully concedes error. The matter is reversed and remanded for the trial court to consider Appellant's motion on its merits.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
