This Petition for Review from the October 13, 1987 Ruling on a Motion to Preclude of the Commissioner for the First District was heard. April 29, 1988 before a Compensation Review Division panel consisting of the Commission Chairman, John Arcudi, and Commissioners Frank Verrilli and A. Thomas White, Jr.


RULING ON MOTION

The October 13, 1987 decision of the First District denying Claimant's Motion to Preclude Defenses is affirmed and the appeal is dismissed.
