Motion for rehearing granted abatement order issued September 30, 2022, lifted petition reinstated joint motion to remand granted as follows: Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 56.3, without considering the merits, the Court grants the petition for review, as reinstated, and remands the case to the trial court for disposition consistent with the parties' settlement agreement.
