PER CURIAM
This case was previously dismissed for want of prosecution, but the Court granted appellants' motion for rehearing and reinstated the appeal. After the reinstatement, appellants' brief was due on July 20, 2020. Appellants' counsel has now filed a motion requesting that the Court extend the time for filing appellants' brief. We grant in part the motion for extension of time and order appellants to file a brief no later than August 24, 2020. No further extension of time will be granted and failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a).
