Raymond Ludwig Frost, an Arizona state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition challenging his 1989 conviction for armed robbery, kidnapping, and attempted murder. Godinez, 67 F.3d 734, 739 (9th Cir.1995), cert. denied, 517 U.S. 1158, 116 S.Ct. 1549, 134 L.Ed.2d 651 (1996), and we affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order filed on September 3, 1996.
AFFIRMED.
