Appeal from a decision by the defendant conservation commission of the town of Salem granting the named defendant's application to conduct certain regulated activities in a designated wetlands area, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the court, Axelrod, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
