ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent Dmitriy Burman pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2011, and two judgments of the same court entered January 12, 2012, and January 17, 2012, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 24, 2013, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
