ORDER WITHDRAWING PETITION
On June 26, 2011, petitioner filed a proper person petition for a writ of mandamus. On July 1, 2011, petitioner filed a document entitled “Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Writ of Mandamus to Issue.” We elect to treat that document as a motion for voluntary withdrawal of the petition and we grant the motion.
It is so ORDERED.
