ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On February 22, 2022, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment. Petitioner was directed to file a response to the motion on or before March 15, 2022. On March 4, 2022, petitioner filed a joint motion for continuance of trial. The Court held a conference call with the parties on March 4, 2022, to discuss the pleadings in this case. During the call, respondent advised the Court that he does not oppose the granting of the continuance of trial or extending the due date for petitioner's response to motion for summary judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's response to respondent's motion for summary judgment is extended to July 15, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
