ORDER

Before the Court is appellees' October 14, 2022 Notice of Rule 76a Sealing Orders. Pursuant to the sealing orders, we ORDER as follows. We STRIKE volume five of the reporter's record. We ORDER Janet Dugger, Official Court Reporter for the 296th Judicial District Court, to file a sealed supplemental reporter's record containing (1) Plaintiffs' Exhibits 2, 3, 5, and 6 and (2) Defendant Liebbe's Exhibits 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9. We ORDER Ms. Dugger to file a corrected volume 5 of the reporter's record without the ten exhibits to be filed in the sealed supplemental reporter's record. The sealed supplemental reporter's record and corrected volume 5 of the reporter's record shall be filed on or before November 10, 2022.
The trial court signed a sealing order on September 21, 2022 and a supplemental sealing order on October 13, 2022.
We ORDER Collin County District Clerk to file, on or before November 10, 2022, a supplemental clerk's record containing: (1) the trial court's sealing order signed on September 21, 2022 and (2) the trial court's supplemental sealing order signed on October 13, 2022.
The briefing in this appeal is complete. Should the parties need to correct any citations in the briefing because of the relief granted in this order, all such corrected briefs shall be filed within fifteen days of the sealed supplemental reporter's record and corrected volume 5 of the reporter's record being filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finley; Ms. Dugger; and, all parties.
