This case is scheduled for trial at the standalone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 4, 2022 at 1:00 pm ET/10:00 am PT. On March 21, 2022, a Notice of Intervention by Rodney C. Freman was filed. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read: "Kari Jane Freman, Petitioner, and Rodney C. Freman, Intervenor v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on Mr. Freman (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced standalone remote trial session and (2) a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order issued for the April 4, 2022, standalone remote trial session.
