CASSIE MARIE FREITAS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 3, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case. That decision has now become final, and the case remains closed.

On December 5, 2023, petitioner made an electronic filing with the Court at Docket Index No. 12, designating the filing as a Substitution of Counsel. However, upon review of the filing, the Court notes that underlying documents are not properly filed with the Court. Rather, it appears that intended recipient of these documents is the Internal Revenue Service and, more specifically, the Office of Chief Counsel. It is accordingly

ORDERED that the above-referenced Substitution of Counsel is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
