BROKERS, § 103when action for real estate broker's commissions was properly dismissed for want of proof. In action to recover commissions alleged to be due to plaintiff for services rendered as broker while employed by one of defendants, where it appeared that plaintiff was employee in real estate department and under duty to account for all commissions received from any source in course of his employment, and proof offered by plaintiff failed to support allegations of his complaint, held that order dismissing bill for want of equity should be affirmed.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. ULYSSES S. SCHWARTZ, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the June term, 1944.
