In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Freimark v. Illinois Masonic Medical Center, No. 1-02-1135 (June 30, 2003). The appellate court is directed to reconsider the issue of plaintiffs' motion to voluntarily dismiss in light of Smith v. Central Illinois Regional Airport, 207 Ill. 2d 578 (2003).
