ORDER

On February 28, 2018, the trial court signed a final decree of divorce. Maria E. Freeze timely filed a notice of appeal, and Erwin F. Ramirez timely filed a notice of cross-appeal. The appellate record was complete on June 4, 2018.

We ORDER the parties to file their briefs according to the following schedule:

The parties shall combine their briefs into a maximum of two briefs per side as follows:

• an Appellant's brief,

• a combined Appellee's brief and Cross-Appellant's brief,

• a combined Appellant's reply and Cross-Appellee's brief, and

• a Cross-Appellant's reply brief.

The briefs shall comply with the length and content requirements established by the applicable Rules. E.g., TEX. R. APP. P. 9.4(i), 38.1, 38.2, 38.3.

If Cross-Appellant chooses to file a reply brief, we ORDER Cross-Appellant to notify this court in writing not later than September 11, 2018, of his intent to do so. See id. R. 38.3, 38.6(d).
