Order denying appellant's motion to change the venue of the action from Queens County to Bronx County affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. ( Burke v. Frenkel, 97 App. Div. 19.) Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
