This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023.

On November 3, 2023, docket entry 12, respondent filed a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Respondent's counsel has sent a decision document to petitioner's representative consistent with the parties' settlement agreement.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 8, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
