On January 8, 2024, the Court filed a Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2024-3) in these cases. In accordance with that Memorandum Opinion, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2024, the parties shall file computations for entry of decision under Rule 155, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. If the parties cannot file agreed computations, each party shall file its proposed computation and decision document by the aforementioned date.
