ORDER DISMISSING CASE AS MOOT
On May 20, 2004, the Ninth Circuit issued an order vacating the judgment entered in this habeas corpus case and remanding the matter with instructions to dismiss the action as moot. This order now DISMISSES the instant action as moot. The Clerk SHALL CLOSE THE FILE.
