STIPULATION EXTENDING DEFENDANTS' TIME TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT
WHEREAS, on or about June 24, 2004, the above-captioned plaintiffs (collectively, the "Plaintiffs") filed their First Amended Complaint (the "Complaint");
WHEREAS, on or about July 5, 2005, the Court entered an Order granting in part and denying in part the undersigned defendants (collectively, the "Defendants") separate motions to dismiss;
WHEREAS, the Defendants have requested an extension of time to answer the Complaint and the Plaintiffs have agreed to such an extension of time;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Defendants and the Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree, by and through their counsel, that the time within which the Defendants shall answer the Complaint is hereby extended to and including August 15, 2005.
SO ORDERED.
