Suit to recover amount due under two policies of insurance issued by the defendant. Judgment for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. William N. Gemmill, Judge, presiding Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.

Hoyne, O'Connor Rubinkam, for appellant. No appearance for appellee.


Reversed and remanded.
