ORDER

These cases were called for trial at the remote Birmingham, Alabama Special Trial Session of the Court on June 20, 2023, and June 21, 2023.

The Court directed the parties to submit documentation to further complete the record in these cases. The parties agreed to file a Fourth Supplemental Stipulation of Facts which will include the transcripts for the tax years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017, a Stipulation of Fact confirming money transferred to the incoming Sheriff and the Affidavit of Ron Puckett at Exhibit 44-P that has been withdrawn, and, an amended version of current Exhibit 3 1P.

The Court will hold the record open for the parties to submit the above-described documentation.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a Fourth Supplemental Stipulation of Facts to include the items discussed above. It is further

ORDERED that the record in these cases is held open until July 12, 2023.
