ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served October 12, 2022, the Court extended the time until November 4, 2022, for petitioner to file a Response to the Court's Order served August 19, 2022, and therein provide the identity of the target taxpayers in this case. Petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order. The Court's Order served October 12, 2022, also directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings, filed August 18, 2022. No objection has been received from petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 30, 2022, respondent shall file under seal a Response to this Order and therein identify the target taxpayers in this case. Documents to be filed under seal shall be submitted to the Court in paper form. The Court will hold in abeyance respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings pending the filing of that response.
