Travelers Property Casualty Company of America, et al. , 22-124 (La.App. 3 Cir. 9/28/22), ––– So.3d ––––, 2022 WL 4491351, we affirm the trial court's denial of the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant/Relator Travelers Property Casualty Company of America and deny Defendant/Relator's writ application.
