The clerk's record filed August 3, 2023, is incomplete. The clerk's record does not include the Judgment of Conviction by Jury.

The trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal in the clerk's record is not signed by the trial court.

We ORDER the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, to transmit to the district clerk a signed certification of defendant's right of appeal.

We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order a supplemental clerk's record containing the Judgment of Conviction by Jury and the trial court's signed certification of defendant's right of appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
