Franchi v. Florida Dept. of Commerce

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Dec 19, 1979
378 So. 2d 851 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1979)

Opinion

No. 78-1775.

December 19, 1979.

Appeal from Florida Department of Commerce Board of Review.

Suanne Pierce and Vicki Joiner Musto and James A. Herb, Legal Intern, of Legal Service of Broward County, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

No appearance for appellee.

Upon review of the record we find that the order of the Board of Review affirming the decision of an appeals referee which had denied the appellant unemployment compensation benefits is not supported by competent, substantial evidence. Accordingly, the decision of the Board is reversed with directions that an order be entered granting appellant's claim.

DOWNEY, C.J., and ANSTEAD and MOORE, JJ., concur.
