Based upon the Stipulation and Motion of Plaintiff David F. Foster and Defendants Thomson Delaware Holdings, Inc. and Thompson Learning, Inc., f.k.a. Prometric, Inc. and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action and all causes of action alleged by Plaintiff against Defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
