KENNETH GREGORY FOSTER v. CENTRAL BOAT RENTALS, INC.

On Supervisory Writ to the 34th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Bernard

CRICHTON, J., would grant and docket and assigns reasons:

I would grant and docket this matter to consider the proper application of the venue provisions for joint and solidary obligors under La. Code Civ. P. art. 73 when there is no "anchor" defendant under La. Civ. Code art. 42, particularly in light of the alleged damages resulting from long latency exposure to certain chemicals over several years as a result of the alleged successive negligence of multiple parties in multiple parishes.
