Supreme Court — Dismissals — No debatable constitutional question involved — Appropriation proceeding to acquire easement for sewer already constructed by municipality.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Hamilton county.

Mr. John D. Ellis, city solicitor, Mr. Edgar B. Traver, Mr. Leonard S. Shore, Mr. Louis J. Schneider, prosecuting attorney, and Mr. Walter M. Locke, for defendants in error.


It is ordered and adjudged that said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for the reason no debatable constitutional question is involved in said cause.

Petition in error dismissed.
