David Gustafson, Judge.

This case is set for trial at a D.C. session beginning May 8, 2023. (See Docs. 14-15.) Under the operation of Rule 70(a)(2), discovery requests are due to be served February 22, 2023. Petitioner's motion to take a deposition (Doc. 16) will be fully briefed by March 3, 2023 (see Doc. 17). It is

ORDERED, as to the Commissioner's motion for a continuance (Doc. 18) for which petitioner's response is due February 21, 2023 (see Doc. 19), that the Commissioner shall file a reply no later than March 3, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order shall telephone counsel for both parties to schedule a telephone conference to take place at a convenient time on March 6 or 7, 2023, to discuss the pending motions and the parties' needs (if any) for discovery.
