MEMORANDUM OPINION


The record was due in this accelerated by June 14, 2005. On June 27, 2005, the Court was informed by the trial court clerk that the clerk's record had not been paid for. On July 14, 2005, the Court was informed by the trial reporter that no reporter's record had been requested. Appellant has taken no steps to proceed with this appeal since June 8, 2005. Appellee filed a motion to dismiss for want of prosecution on September 22, 2005. The Court gave appellant over ten days to respond to appellee's motion, but appellant failed to respond. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS appellee's motion to dismiss and DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
