Appeal from the 33 rd District Court of Burnet County, Texas (TC# 49738)
Before Rodriguez, C.J., Palafox and Soto, JJ.
ORDER
PER CURIAM
On June 8, 2023, this Court ordered the trial court to, by either paper form or electronic form, send a copy of the clerk's record and reporter's record in this case to the warden of Appellant's unit with explicit instructions to grant Appellant supervised access to a computer upon which to review or print the record. The order further required the trial court to inform this Court of the date or dates the appellate record was made available to Appellant. The order indicated that Appellant would have thirty (30) days from the date the trial court transmitted the appellate record to file his pro se brief with this Court.
The clerk of the trial court provided this Court proof that the clerk's record was sent to Appellant on June 28, 2023, and the court reporter provided this Court proof that the reporter's record was sent to Appellant on July 17, 2023, making the due date for Appellant's brief today.
Therefore, this Court, on its own motion, ORDERS the above styled and numbered cause to be REINSTATED and set for submission without oral argument for September 6, 2023.
Appellant is hereby notified that he has ten days from today to submit his pro se brief before this Court will resume consideration of the appeal on his counsel's Anders brief alone.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
