Ford v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
May 29, 1992
598 So. 2d 330 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 91-02776.

May 29, 1992.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Manatee County; Thomas M. Gallen, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Timothy J. Ferreri, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Wendy Buffington, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

The defendant appeals the revocation of his community control. We find no merit in the points on appeal raised by the defendant, but remand the case for correction of the written order to conform to the trial court's oral pronouncement of the conditions of community control violated by the defendant.

SCHOONOVER, C.J., and LEHAN, J., concur.
