ORDER
The clerk's record in this appeal has not been filed because appellant has not paid for it. On June 30, 2020, we directed appellant to file, within ten days, written verification he had paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or was entitled to proceed without payment of costs. To date, appellant has not responded. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file the requested verification no later than July 27, 2020. We caution appellant that failure to comply may result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).
