MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant, FORD MOTOR COMPANY, perfected an appeal from a judgment entered by the 197th District Court of Cameron County, Texas, in cause number 2002-04-1555-C. After the clerk's record was filed, the parties filed an agreed motion to dismiss appeal, release supersedeas bond, and expedite mandate. In the motion, the parties state that they have settled their differences and executed a release and settlement agreement for the case. The parties request that this Court render a judgment vacating the trial court's judgment in this case and dismissing the appeal and the case below with prejudice. The parties further request that this Court release the supersedeas bond and expedite the issuance of the mandate.

The Court, having considered the documents on file and the parties' agreed motion, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. The agreed motion to dismiss appeal, release supersedeas bond, and expedite mandate is GRANTED. The judgment of the trial court is VACATED, and the appeal and case below are DISMISSED.
