Action to recover a deposit made in connection with an agreement to lease certain of the defendants' real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield and referred to John W. Pickard, attorney trial referee, who filed a report recommending judgment for the defendants; thereafter, the court, Pickett, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the referee's report, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

The trial court's acceptance of the attorney trial referee's report and its rendering of judgment thereon was in complete accord with applicable law and should not be disturbed.
