DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.
That portion of paragraph 1 of the judgment on complaint for contempt dated March 31, 2010, ordering the defendant to pay $ 8,846 in medical expenses is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. Paragraph 2 of the March 31, 2010, judgment is affirmed.
