In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, order denying defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
