Opinion

Gen. No. 41,598. (Abstract of Decision.)

Opinion filed May 19, 1941

DIVORCE, § 126custody of children, modification of decree. Court below properly modified divorce decree to permit defendant husband to have his two children on Tuesdays and on alternate weeks Tuesdays and Fridays for four hours, and during part of their summer vacation, as evidence did not show defendant was poisoning the minds of the children toward their mother, and court properly refused to increase support money where the circumstances of the children had not changed since entry of original decree.
