We REINSTATE this appeal as the findings of fact and conclusions of law for which we abated have been filed. As the appeal has been reinstated, we ORDER the reporter's record received December 28, 2022 filed as of the date of this order.
We note our November 29, 2022 order abating this appeal directed that a supplemental clerk's record be filed containing a copy of any additional or amended findings by the trial court or written verification additional findings are not appropriate. That record remains due January 6, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Collin County District Clerk Michael Gould and the parties.
