On July 22, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. That decision document references the "stipulation of the parties", however, no settlement stipulation has been filed.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described proposed stipulated decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 13, 2021, the parties shall file either (1) a revised proposed stipulated decision, or (2) a proposed stipulated decision accompanied by an appropriate settlement stipulation.
