Before the Court is appellant's June 7, 2023 unopposed motion to abate appeal to allow the parties to finalize their settlement agreement. We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we SUSPEND all deadlines in the appeal and ORDER appellant to file, no later than July 10, 2023, either a motion to dismiss the appeal or status report.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre; Antionette Reagor, Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court; and the parties.
