Respondent's motion to expunge, filed May 5, 2008, is granted. Accordingly, the felony suspension ordered by this Court on September 1, 2006, is hereby expunged pursuant to Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-7.2(j). Further, respondent is hereby reinstated to the practice of law, effective nunc pro tunc, April 24, 2008.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
