Upon consideration of the Report and Recommendation filed by the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, it is ordered that the Board's recommendation is disapproved by the Court. Miguel A. Orta shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time and is disqualified from reapplying for two years from the date of this order.
