Wakulla County, 688 So.2d 440, 443 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997) ("[E]vidence of a dangerous condition that is readily apparent to the public will not generally support an exception to the doctrine of sovereign immunity."); see also Robertson v. State, Dep't of Planning Control, 747 So.2d 1276, 1280-81 (La.Ct.App. 1999).
